Returns & Exchanges

At ccmcostume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned costume, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
